Meander: Slow Abstract Art for Mindfulness + Relaxation
Where are we going?  Sometimes the most stressful times in life are when we can’t see our end destination clearly.  

Whether it is a work project, a relationship or any type of situation you cannot control, it pays to learn to be in the moment and appreciate the journey, even without a clear destination in mind.

In this workshop we will use simple abstract art techniques (like scribbling with a marker and coloring outside the lines) to help us get more comfortable with the unknown, or, the abstract.  Through the use of simple art making— dots and lines — you will create a one-of-a-kind abstract art piece.
